Shipping Policies

Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day.  

Currently we do not ship outside of the United States. 

USPS First Class: 4-6 Business Days

USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Days

Lost Packages

Rarely does a package get lost in transit though it does happen.  East Cobb Organic is not responsible for products if the tracking information says the package was delivered.  

If a package was mailed to the incorrect address that was entered by the customer then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.  The re-shipped item will be sent once the original order has been returned to us.

You have three days from the date of delivery to let us know if there is a defect with the product or if the package was damaged in transit.  If we are not made aware of any problems within three days of delivery, we assume the product was received in good condition. 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.  Returns must be in the original packaging and unopened.  Please contact us by email at admin@eastcobborganic.com to initiate a return.  

One return or exchange per customer.  If you ordered a 10g tube of pure oil concentrate or 4 or more of the same product we will consider this a bulk order which you have previously tried and were satisfied with and therefore are not eligible for a refund.
